Landfill Usage & Passes

All Residents MUST Present a Landfill pass before using the landfill.
Landfill Passes can be obtained at the Municipal Office
All loads and passes will be inspected by the landfill attendant.
before any dumping will be permitted.

The landfill site is operated by the Township of Matachewan and is Exclusively for the Residents of The Township of Matachewan.

All Landfill items are to be sorted as follows:
• Household Garbage
• Wood (Clean wood not Painted) and brush.
• Steel
• Tires
• Empty Propane Tanks
